4 steps today after seeing a physiotherapist for the first time 25-Sept-8. My first in 8 weeks, and it took 2 types of pain killers. As motivation I thought about walking to Nicole, it is stupid of me but I needed motivation. The hematoma on my right leg has healed, but the ligaments and stuff still aren't working. They made me stand on my leg right after an angiogram (cut right femoral artery) and it burst open.
I can't sit longer than 45 min, my foot sometimes turns purple and swells, and I haven't been able to walk. I had 4 seizures the week immigration took me. The day before I was in the hospital and doc 9 hours to get some insulin (HMP Leeds wouldn't give me any extra) and then I went to acupuncture. As soon as I had acupuncture I could walk normally again. (9 weeks ago mind you) The police kept giving me food and no insulin, or insulin and no food.
After the 4th seizure the ambulance came and said I had a heart attack. Here's the medical note: (I don't know what it means) "ECG's showed fixed anterior ST elevation (probably high take off)" The angiogram went okay and came up clean (heart needs insulin), but the forced standing less than a day later was bad. 300-400mL of blood in my groin, followed by a hematoma twice the size of a golf ball. No doctor for 17 days. This was in a prison they moved me to for "24 hour medical care" while in immigration detention. Of course, there are 6 week waits for doctors and 4-8 month waits for specialists.
Still need to find out why I loose circulation in my leg.
