Well...I made it to my new duty station this morning. I've never flown in a blackhawk before...it was pretty cool...especially right before we landed. We started taking fire so both M-60 gunners just emptied half their ammo into whoever/whatever was shooting at us.
It's so much better here. So much. I haven't barely eaten in the last week because that motherfucker has had me so stressed over nothing. Here...we can actually relax. There's not as much to do in our free time but at least we fucking HAVE free time. I'm going to get Coto and Toledo enrolled in online classes...Coto and I need our general ed to get our degrees and he's studying business administration. I hope I can stay here the whole time - I don't care if we get attacked all the time. I expect the enemy to try to kill me/fuck me over. I shouldn't have to expect that from my own damn people.
Anyway...we work in the MWR building so it looks like we can use the internet pretty much whenever we need to. They're also going to work on getting us wall lockers so I can put my stuff up in them which will be really nice...
I'm exhausted. I've had more time to take care of my life today than I have in the last couple of weeks combined.
I'm going to go lie down.

P.S. Peterson, I'm sorry I didn't come say bye before I left today but I was in such a hurry to get to ADACG in time I couldn't stop...hopefully I'll see you in 9-10 months...*hug* see you when I see you hehe
