Well, after reading an article about exerise and weight loss, it looks like I'm going to have to re-think my habits.
Read the article. While I have been suspecting some of the key points mentioned in the article, this confirms things. I admit I have gotten into the habit of thinking "I'm exercising so I can eat whatever I want, as much as I want, whenever I want to." I was even eating extra calories on purpose thinking my body would need it. Not true, and explains why I haven't lost any weight since the fall.
*Sigh* Looks like it's back to calorie counting.
On the bright side, I haven't *gained* any weight since Christmas, so once I'm where I want to be, I know I'll be able to maintain it.
