I am having a really rough day, heading into what looks to be a really rough weekend (though I hope I'm wrong on that one) and if anyone has any good energy to spare, happy thoughts to share, or cute/funny pictures/jokes they can post, I'd be much appreciative.

Why will the weekend be rough? You get to move to a new place which is something you've looked forward to. Anyhoo, I'm out of jokes, but I'll make a funny face :-P

I'm excited about having the new place, but I HATE moving. I like helping other people move, but I don't like packing, or unpacking, or hauling my own stuff... it's stressful and difficult and I'm not looking forward to that part at all.

True. I'm not a fan of it myself, although I'm enjoying the unpacking/setting up part (now that I've FINALLY started). At least you're not moving away from a really weird roommate...hey, that could make you laugh. Remember when she put on her special little nightie to impress Thomas? Hehehe :D

I DO remember that! I giggled just now :) After I finish my bacon & eggs I'm going to put on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at full volume and put everything I can into boxes and fold all the blankets so they're in one place. Getting things accomplished might hopefully help me feel less stressed/down/awful in general.

(The cold I'm losing the fight against is probably not helping my mood either. But bacon and eggs has made a vast improvement in my mental status!)

Yup, that makes it tough--but not impossible! You can and will do it and will be glad afterward for it. You get to have your own space now.

Oh I know, I'm not in any way avoiding the stuff I have to do :) I'm very excited about the having-my-own-room thing. The more I do tonight, the less we have to do in the morning!
