The National Capital Region (NCR) Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association is deeply saddened by yesterday's events.
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the families affected and to our entire extended "Virginia Tech Family" over this monumental tragedy. Our chapter is holding a candlelight vigil for Wednesday, April 18th at 8pm at St Francis Episcopal Church 9220 Georgetown Pike Great Falls, VA 22066. We invite all Alumni, Parents, Family and Friends to attend. This is a non-denominational event that is taking place to honor the victims of
yesterday and to serve as an outlet for Hokies to get together and show their support to the family and friends of the victims.
