Just Sitting Here Thinking

Things are certainly taking their turn for the interesting and wonderful.
The run of "Bernarda Alba" is going well and we're recording the album next month. I miss the recording studio atmosphere, if I haven't been surrounded by it in a while. My new CD is coming along fantastically as well. Still working on it and it's just plodding along, and coming along.
The past few weeks have been a bit dark, scary, and confusing. Thank god that I've got my friends who helped me get through it --- and that certain special someone who surprised me with chocolates, the best inscription on a card I have read, and who always has been the silver lining I see in every cloud and never fails to make me smile (damn; to quote Mark --- that's quite poetic .. and pathetic). Or maybe I'm just blinded by how damn good he looks in his leather jacket. But seriously. Adam has made me feel the safest (and more) that I have been in a long time and I owe him a lot.
Right. I am now off to pick up some food. Have no idea what so I'm open for suggestions. But someone better come with me and keep me from the whipped cream aisle. And when I get back, I better reorganize my make-up drawer. There are some shades of eyeshadow there that are quite scary to me now.
