Doc Marlon Pecjo

I always get very nervous everytime I have to pose for a photo - especially for print ads or magazine features. I'd much rather be thrown unprepared on national/international live TV, than pose for a photo. I just feel it's not my forte. But I can probably talk my way through a live report as long as its in English. Luckily, I've had the chance to work with so many excellent photographers. And with every photo shoot, I learn something new. Techniques and tricks of the trade. My most memorable shoots have been with Xander Angeles, Lilen Uy, Wesley Villarica, Wig Tysmans, Sara Black and Doc Marlon Pecjo. One day I will share those photos.

Doc Marlon Pecjo is one of the easiest to work with. I find myself requesting for him in most of my shoots including my recent Daphne Linens photo releases. He is a real medical doctor with a specialty in radiology. When I first worked with him a couple of years ago he was still running in between shoots to go to the radiology lab in one of Metro Manila's top hospitals. Now he's doing photography full time. I work my schedule around his, just so he could be the one to shoot me. Word is, Kris Aquino requests him often too. Just check her Kris magazine covers... they're all Doc Marlon.

Here are some of Doc Marlon's photos of me:

Doc Marlon will have a show on Tuesday, April 21 at 6pm at Mega A Atrium Bridgeway, 2nd Floor, SM Megamall. Don't worry there will be no photos of me on display. It'll be all artsy shots taken using the Ricoh GX200.
