Like most of you, I associate tweeds with Chanel and cold weather. So when K&Company released it's latest collection of tweeds, it took me a while to warm up to them... until I tried them on. Now there's no stopping me. I'm wearing tweed whenever I can - on and off cam. K&Company's tweed dresses are just adorable. I love the tassels and raw edges. Did I mention that the fabric is actually lightweight and made of cotton? So don't worry about sweating. It's cool.
This is my favourite of the dresses. I love the tassels and the subtle satin piping. And colour - pink!

From the same collection, in purple. I broke the dress with a thick leather band. What I love about this is that it's got pockets. And the raw edges make the dress more... "edgy."
This was last year's tweed which I adored and wore to a major Olay event. This one had a bit of shimmer. The current tweeds aren't irridescent - very wearable to the office or any event.
I have this in my closet but I haven't worn it yet. Perhaps at this week's shoot. Look at the weave of this tweed! The colour is almost like Chanel Particuliere nail lacquer.
