As promised, here are "My Favourite Things". All items are donated by the donors/brands in support of this blog. And to make everybody happy, I'll be raffling the items off one by one. I just don't know exactly when yet. So you'll have to stay tuned and check this blog regularly.
1. Jewelmer south sea pearl pendant on 18k gold. I was floored when Jewelmer said they'd raffle this 30th Anniversary south sea pearl pendant to one of my readers. You know I love my Jewelmer pearls. And as a true sign of good quality, you will be able to see the reflection of your nose when you look at this pearl pendant. Oooh and it comes with a numbered certificate like all Jewelmer pearls do. Chain not included.
2. A basket of goodies from Olay and Procter & Gamble Perhaps one of the reasons I don't look my real age. I love how there are so many new Olay products entering the Philippine market. I'm in love with Olay Age Defying soap, Olay body ribbon/body washes, Cool Essence Total Effects (keeps your face feeling cool by 2 degrees), Regenerist eye serum. I'm so lucky to have endless supplies of Olay, for-like-ever. My sisters and mom are thrilled because I get so much that I share with them and still have extra. So now a lucky reader gets to have the whole range.
3. K&Company dresses. I can't believe it's been 10 years (sounds like the line in our Olay commercial). I've been wearing K&Company for 10 years. From F to ANC Life, Proudly Filipina and now Urban Zone. Even on weekends and when nobody's looking, I wear K&Company. I've been so fortunate to have them in my life and inside my closet. 4. Herve Chapelier bag from Accessory Lab. I was introduced to this brand by no less than the bag hag herself. This is one of the few brands that are still made in France, not mass produced in China. I love how simple and non-descript it looks. But the colours are so rich. They come in various sizes and colours. I think I must have five or more, thanks to The Bag Hag. This brand does well in Accessory Lab whenever they have it in stock. It's not always easy to get. So the fact that Accessory Lab is donating one here my blog is a major deal.
5. Vabene watch with dragon design. Have I not been raving about Vabene for quite some time? It all started with my ceramic pirate watch, which I chose because of Johnny Depp. Sigh big time. Vabene is giving away one similar watch in acrylic. The design is a red dragon - I love how ironic chic it is. Vabene is availabe at Aum in Trinoma.
6. A handpainted enamel medallion set in 14k gold from Daphne Jewelry, at Accessory Lab and www.daphneosena.com Perhaps the only thing I really collect. I love how each piece is an exquisite work of art. Each medal is handpainted in various layers of enamel and fired eight times at extremely high heat. This craft is done by one artist in Europe. When they get to me, I work on the little 14k gold frames surrounding them. Each piece is really a work of art and can last more than a lifetime. I have different patron saints and a variety of icons of the Blessed Mother. In a few days I'll post the exact medal I'm raffling off. I hope it goes to someone who really wants it.
7. One set of Daphne Linens from the Vibrant Chic collection, available at SM Homeworld Makati, Megamall, Mall of Asia, North Edsa, Cebu and Davao. I love how our beds are often better dressed than we are. It makes staying home and relaxing even more fun. Our beds have a wardrobe of their own. It's funny. The househelp know exactly which set to put together and when. We spend one-third of our lives in bed... why not make sure it's comfy and heavenly. In the one year my brand has been in Our Home and SM, we've managed to make quite a difference in the home department. Consumers are now more aware of threadcount, duvet covers and the quality of cotton. There are folks who collect Daphne Linens. Thank you! So now we raffle off a set.
8. Guerlain makeup, Calvin Klein scents, Jurlique body lotion, Bulgari scent These beautiful products from LuxAsia always make me feel more beautiful than I am. I can never get enough of these beauty products and scents. I especially love the eye makeup of Guerlain - so easy to apply, it stays on and the packaging is always so lovely.
There are a few more items on my list. I'm just waiting to get the final commitment from the donors and brands. As soon as the list is completed, we start the raffle. I'll be breaking down the items so that there are more chances of winning.
