Gramps is still in the Surgical ICU. T-T Looks like he's going to be in there a while longer since he's in a great amount of pain, and Grams and I thought it over, he have never dealt with pain very well. So, we wait and see how things go. In normal instances he would be getting out today or tomorrow from the hospital. He would have been out of the ICU Saturday or Sunday. But he's still there. Granted 7 bi passes is a lot. The gave him a pint of blood that he had a reaction too. He was in tons of pain and had the shakes. T-T It sucks cuz all I can do is sit here and hope that he starts doing better soon, that this is just one big scary bunch of 'nothing'. Of course its something, but in the sense that at the end of the day it will end up just being that the surgery was just super painful in a way that he couldn't imagine and that it just took more time than normal to get over that hurdle. That and the doctors say that sometimes men with post traumatic syn. recover much slower than your regular Joe.
All we can do is wait and see. That and even though I'm not super religious a lil' prayer never hurts.
