Blah!
What a suck ass birthday! The only good thing about today has been logging on to LJ and seeing all of the birthday wishes from my FL. Even some of my RL friends haven't called to wish me a happy birthday. You all rock!
Having a birthday on Halloween used to be so much fun. Now that I'm teaching, I've had to spend the entire day grading papers and working on lesson plans. Every once in a while I would sneak a peek on the message boards to see what was going on.
I went to my town's Halloween celebration in our historic district last night. It was pretty cool. Lots of kids out. My nieces had a great time. That's all that mattered.
I am thankful for one gift... an extra hour of sleep. lol
