LONG VACATION! :D :D :D
Alsdkjfladfjlkasdjfads. Kimura Takuya. So gorgeous. :Q________ I don't care if he's 16 years older than me, or if "Long Vacation" was aired 11 years ago. Gosh. Kimura Takuya is hot. And it took me 4 years to realize it. T_T;; I mean, I've known him since my F4 fandom days... Some fans compared him to Jerry because they looked alike. Well, with Kimura Takuya's hair in the last few episodes of Long Vacation, he really did look like Jerry in Meteor Garden. o_O The similarities were SO striking. There were times I forgot I was watching Kimura Takuya... It felt like I was watching Jerry in MG again. ^^;;;; And sometimes Kimura Takuya looked like Changmin. o_o;; Or maybe my eyes are going bad... ._.
I'm SO glad I watched this dorama. Ahahaha. :D I remember reading about it a few months ago... Jae Joong recommended this song (I remember Changmin recommended a ZARD song, Yoochun recommended a song named "Milk Tea", Yunho recommended a song named "Tsunami" and Junsu recommended a song by Ken Hirai, if I'm not mistaken :x). "La La La Love Song". I downloaded it from
dbsg, and I grew to like the song. :D Then I found out it was part of the OST of Long Vacation.
So I started watching it around...Saturday, I think. It took a while to get used to the clothes (we're talking about 1996 fashion here :P) and the songs used in the OST... Long Vacation was very, very different from the dramas being made these days. I guess dramas have changed a lot over the years. ^^
But I fell in love with the story. It was pretty simple... But there were some touching scenes. Like when Sena was supposed to sell the piano. He was walking outside his apartment when he heard the sound of a familiar song being played on the piano. He rushed into the apartment and found Minami playing on it. Turns out Minami spent the past few days trying so hard to learn how to play that particular song on the piano just to prove to Sena that miracles happen... Sena was supposed to quit playing the piano for good, but after hearing Minami play the piano, he was so moved that he cried. Alkadsjflkadsjflkdsfj. HE CRIED! ;_; I almost cried too. Aigoo.
I cried at the ending, though. When they were kissing and Sena lifted Minami up and aladkjfladskfs. They were so happy...I cried. T_T Okay, I'm envious. It must be wonderful... to have a love like that...to finally come to a realization that you really love a person and he/she loves you back the same way. ._.

Did Jae Joong watch this dorama? OMG, I can just imagine him watching it... XD I wonder if he felt giddy at all the good parts too. :P
*sigh* Now I understand why this is such a classic. ^^ Even after 11 years, it's still good to watch. :)
