toby the tram teaches
toby the tram was tasked to carry a very important visitor. now, among thomas and his friends, toby was definitely the least "presentable" and the "square" one... so being chosen to take on an important person was a big thing!
toby spent most of his trip worrying about how he'd do as a tram. he worried so much that he, unknowingly, left the track and went to an "off-road" one, where there were leaves and branches and really lots of dirt all over. he went back to the track and was still too busy worrying about getting to his 'important visitor' that he did not notice how disheveled he looked. still busy worrying, he didn't see that there was a dip in the course he was taking and he splashed into the mud, and got back up, more dirty than ever. but he didn't care... because he was worried!
when he finally arrived at the destination, the 'important visitor' took one look at toby and declared she would not ride on such a dirty tram. it was only then that toby realized how clumsy he was and was embarassed at how he looked. one of the drivers called out for him not to worry because they can get him cleaned up in no time! so they worked on toby tediously and gave him a good bath. after a few hours, he was bright and new - even the important visitor was speechless and glad at what she saw! so toby went off and about his task merrily.

yes, i caught this on disney channel when i got in. anya was insistent that i cannot (!) change the channel "because it's dangerous" (whatever she means by that, i don't want to find out). i munched on junk while watching the show with her.
what do you know? i got an important lesson as well. i spend so much time worrying about, well, stuff that i forget to travel through the tracks that were meant to be taken. i worry about the end that i may end up taking the wrong course. i worry that i'm alone but truth is, i'm not... because i do have other people to catch my back if i don't meet expectations.
i worry when i really shouldn't because there is no reason to do so.
