Time for challenge #10! Remember, all challenges are open forever, so you might want to
check out some of our past challenges or our
Prompt Fest, if this week's prompts don't appeal.
Word of the Week Challenge
Courtesy of the Random Word Generator, this week's word is...Exile.
• Challenge: create something that revolves around the theme or idea of wounded or being exiled, metaphorically or literally.
Situation Challenge: Endings
"If you want a happy ending, that depends, of course, on where you stop your story." - Orson Welles
“In my end is my beginning.” - T.S. Eliot
"This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.” - Winston Churchill
• Challenge: Endings. What happens after the end of Dragon Age: Origins or Awakening? What happens to the characters? Write a story/draw something about a DAO character or characters that happens after the "canonical" close of the game. What other adventures does this character(s) have? Do they ever reach their "happy ending"? Or is everything downhill after the ending of the Blight?
• Challenge: Sacrifice. The Warden has sacrificed themselves. They've saved Ferelden, but at what cost? What happens to the other characters after the Warden dies? How do they go about their lives? What are their travels, post-Blight?
