It's fun when companies have their heads up their asses.
I've been trying for nearly two weeks to register a hunter's license for Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst...of course, their whole "we're having massive billing site issues" thing keeps me from doing that?
They've done nadda to fix this. I've sent support an e-mail, and never got back. I gotta love it when morons are running a formerly great game like PSO into the ground. =/
This weekend is Origins, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh! Nationals 2005. I'll be flying out to Columbus this Wednesday at an ungodly hour such as this one (well...I'm leaving the house at around 4 am). I should be in Columbus around 6 pm, and I won't be returning until July 4th, of all days to be on the road.
I'm crossing my fingers that I don't horrifically bomb out of this event, for that would be a royal waste of my money. Check metagame.com to see if I'm doing well on the standings. :)
For those of you (all 2 of you) that know yu-gi-oh talk, I'm running a very non-chaos cookie cutter deck called "Tsuku-Lock". It's fun, because it annoys the hell out of all of my opponents and can lock down all options they have, unless they Yugi-draw out of their ass on their opening hand and I get shit. It's pretty consistent, so it should definetely stand a chance. It owns the hell out of my previous build anyway, which I top 8ed Shonen Jump Championship: LA with, so I feel pretty good.
I'm also playing Magic Online after buying a massive account's worth of cards. Of course, I'm still losing...missing a few keys for each deck. I also am really rusty at the game, so I need to practice more...hopefully this investment will pay for itself by the time I start school again.
Yeah...I'm feeling better this week after what happened to my Aunt...still sucks, but hey. Those fuckers that call themselves "vets" are staring down a lawsuit and I seriously doubt they'll see a positive result. Guess they should have done their jobs and then NOT deny what they did wrong, eh?
