I just finished talking to Matt who is a soldier over in Iraq. I've talked to him alot this week actually even though I don't really know him. I think it is so cool that I can talk to someone on the other side of the world... especially a soldier fighting in the gayest war ever. But I respect that he's doing it, even though he shouldn't have to. Fucking stupid government.
Speaking of stupid: Jennifer Wilbanks. What a selfish asshole. If you have cold feet at least tell your fiance, he at least deserves that, instead of thinking you were abducted and raped and left in a sewer somewhere. And how in the hell do you convince yourself that you didn't think anyone would notice you were missing and out a search party. You're marrying into one of the most well-respected families in your town. Of course people are going to notice. What an idiot.
I hate a lot people this week.
Anyways, I went to the Cardinals vs. Braves game last night. And had amazing seats. I was in the first row just past the dugout where the bat-boy sat. Literally, I could touch him. He was way nice too and he definately knew his baseball stats. We got to talking about his job and I discovered that if you want to be a braves bat-boy, you have to put in around 60-70 hours a week!! Jeeezus. And, he's a full time student at Ga. Tech. That kid is insane, I wouldn't be able to do that all that. The game was superb though. GO CARDS!! Eckstein hit a line drive straight towards our seats, and the guys next to me caught the ball. It was insane. The guy's hand instantly turned black and blue and started to swell and you could see the laces off the ball on it. Supposedly I was on tv too, it was entertaining. I get to go to another game tonight and my tickets are behind home plate which should be amazing as well. I can't wait!!
