Harry Potter and the Blitz
Alright I was watching the Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe and something occurred to me: A lot of families were sending their kids to the country to be safe during the Blitz, which got me to thinking, you know the wizarding population of London probably did the same.
Which led to this: How many wizarding children do you think got lost during that time? You know it had to have happened. So how many of the 'muggleborn' are actually pureblood or halfbloods?
Sorry I just wondered if anyone else agreed with me and thought that happened. Especially with the chaos at the train stations and the wizards being unused to that sort of thing.
