is it finally here?!?
well... way back in May this year, at the Star Wars midnight showing, I met a very cool friend of a friend. I liked him, thought he was very nice... but i didnt think i would really ever get to see him or hang-out again.
and then this weekend came along...
I told Alex to invite him to go with us to Knotts Scary Farm... and he came. We hit it off... hehe... he was my maze partner, protecting me from those, oh, so evil monsters... by the end of the night, I came to a conclusion... "i like this Ken guy." so i invited him to go bowling with us saturday night...
Saturday I went out to Corona, and met up with Ken, Stacy, Alex, AL and Adrian... and we all went to Cosmic Bowling, and that night the bowling alley was raising money for hurricane Katrina victims, and had people there dressed up at Star Wars characters. Once again, Ken and I were pretty much inseperable... Stacy kept teasing me when he was far enough to not hear her... "must be nice, candice... must... be... nice!" After our 2 hours of bowling session was over, we went into the arcade. Adrian and Alex played some DDR... AJ was almost mastering this cool prize game... and I kicked Ken's butt in air hockey (hehe). Then, we all headed home. Everyone, exceot Adrian, had rode in Stacy's new vehicle... so she as on the way to drop us all off... alex was in the passenger seat, and i was sitting between AJ and Ken in the back... holding Ken's hand. Then, we got to Alex's, and he invited Ken in, and said he'd drop him off when he headed back to Laguna... but Ken decided to stay with me and Stacy. We got to his house... he got out.. we gave him hugs... and were about to leave, but Stacy turned the car back off and rolled down my window... and he came over, stood outside my window... holding my hand... for a couple hours... all of us just talking. A little after 3am, my mom calle dmy cell phone... upset... i dont blame her, i wouldve been worried too. so we finally left... Stacy was SQEELING! "OMG CANDICE! He likes you SOOO much! oh man! The CHEMISTRY!"
so, monday, i was at the school computer lab and he was online... so we were talking and decided to meet up after i got out of school. We went to Downtown Disney... watched "Wallace and Grommit"... all the while... *sigh*... holding his hand... he's a good hand-holder. :) then we went to eat a late dinner at Sonics... we ended up hanging out there for a couple hours... just talking... oh, and eating of course... lol. then sometime after 11pm, we headed back to where my car was parked across from Disneyland. The night ended with a really nice, warm, long hug and a soft, gentle, quick little kiss... hehe *blushes*.
i really like him... i've waited a long time to find someone special... but it was worth the wait.
(oh... and i've already convinced him to get a d-land pass... haha... yay!)
