Wow, that is extraordinarily fucked up. Scary to think how easily someone who is merely "different" can end up in a bottomless spiral thanks to our mental "health" system.

Ow, that is really frightening. It reminds me a little bit of some of the weird things my ex-wife went through; e.g. she was seriously ill and diagnosed with fibromyalgia when she was 12, and her parents took her out of the hospital because they decided she and the doctors were lying. My ex-mother-in-law is one of the most twisted people I have met.
