Kanye West REALLY needs to shut his mouth for once

Seriously. Did you see his rant on the relief benefit concert thing? He talks about how "his people" are getting shot by the military that is being sent there. But the truth is that Kanye West makes millions of dollars, and "his people" or so he calls them make hardly anything. And why the hell is he saying all this stuff when he's not even on the ground to see it? He's making this big statements like "President Bush doesn't care about black people" from the comfort of his Los Angeles television studio. When will celebrities learn that noone cares what their opinions on these matters are. Just because people listen to your music doesn't mean that everyone wants to hear you bitch about how the white man is brining you and "your people" down. And why is everything always about race? The reason most of the people left in New Orleans are black and minorities might just be because they were more populated in the areas that were flooded the most. And the fact that they didn't have cars or couldn't afford a way out of the city is due to economic reasons, which although may be fueled by racisim, stems from a long history and isn't something that the present government is forcing upon them. And another thing, Kanye West's "people" include those that are looting not only food items but tv's and clothes, shooting at military and rescue helicopters, and terrorizing relief convoys and evacuees in the city. Why weren't these people mentioned? Did you forget to mention that Kanye? Or wait I guess you woudln't since that makes "your people" look bad. And that would contradict to your belief that only the white man is keeping you down.

So in short, Kanye West needs to shut his fucking mouth for once. Stick to stealing other people's music, sampling as your own, and calling it "original". And keep telling kids that dropping out of college is the best thing that can happen to them. I'm sure that will work out for everyone. Because everyone that drops out of college becomes a multi-million dollar rap artist.
