Yesterday and today were similar.
7:20 AM
15 minutes treadmill run/sprint
30 bench press 130 lbs
20 curls 30 lbs
For tomorrow, max out on bench.
It's like 75-80 degrees with the sun shining & with this weather I can't wait to start swimming down at the beach. These morning workouts make me understand how surfers can get up at 5 or 6 in the morning every day, paddle around for an hour and a half, and still keep their eyelids open at school or work.
