windows boarded,
electronics safeguarded in huge rubbermaid containers,
everything lifted off of ground in case of flooding,
batteries,
ice,
gas,
food for days,
i am mentally and physically drained from waiting for this to be over, i have never experienced anything quite like this, the extended amount of time, the waiting for it to happen, this shit sucked, i did everything i could think of to prepare for this monstrosity of a storm, and luckily no damage, no floods, and most importantly no lost power,
the gods were smiling on this side of town,
2 storms unscathed, will i be so lucky next weekend?
my sympathies go out to my friends in brevard, they got fucked pretty hard with this one,
