Afterlife - Really great idea for a movie, and really interesting for the first hour while they were just basically doing interviews with the dead, but after that it got a little snoozy (ie. I feel asleep a little).

Forever Never Anywhere - Really funny film about 3 guys trapped in a car and a boy that uses them as an experiment. Really clever all the way through.

Woman on the Beach - Two love triangles, but mainly involving people that you didn't really get to care about (the main guy was a bit of a dick and the two girls pretty much asking to be let down after he reveals his dickiness).

Wolfsbergen - A bunch of sad people wandering about being boring.

Irina Palm - Really entertaining.

You, The Living - Plays out as basically a loosely linked series of sketches. Mainly not laugh-out-loud stuff, and gets less and less funny as it progresses, but pleasant enough to watch.

Out Of The Blue - Really intense film to watch. My shoulders and neck were sore afterwards from being in a complete state of tension throughout. Really good film.

Aaachi & Ssipak - I was a bit apprehensive about a film with the premise of an excrement powered planet, but this was just fun fun fun all the way. Over the top action with references to a bunch of other action films. Great fun.

Hana - Really enjoyed the start and the end, but feel asleep during the middle (I think that was mainly my doing rather than the film though).

Fay Grim - Fantastic. I love Hal Hartley's style. From the get-go I was all giddy with the melodramatic delivery and all the Hartley-ness it could muster. Yay!

Day Watch - The first film was a lot of potential that wasn't realised, and this was more of the same. Cool enough, but not much substance. The chalk was a bit of a cheap gimmick.
