C suggested that I call in sick last night, but I thought I'd feel
better in the morning. I guess I was wrong. So here I am at
home.
Just finished reading The Jane Austen Book Club. Good book. Makes me want to read some Austen. Oddly enough, I've never read any of her books. I like the movies, but that's probably because I never read the books. I'm almost always disappointed with the movies after having read the books. *shrug* Almost.
Now I'm starting on Running With Scissors. I've been meaning to read it for a while-- since I read Dry a couple of years ago. I just never got around to picking up a copy. I've got other books waiting for me as well, but a little dark humor sounds good right now.
