Two, to party like a fucking rockstar. They're Italian, they do that. It's also rude to pass up alcohol given to you by the host or given to the guest of honor, so ... expect drunkenness in many probably-indecent ways. I promise, Blair will be sober, she's a molester as it is.
So! Bother the girl before, bother her after, crash the party -- it's a celebration, even if the ceremony itself is supposed to be serious -- nobody in the Vongola really every stays that way for too long. XD]
