awwww. this was lovely.

I loved this line especially "But he puts Dean an arm's distance away because it is Dean and he has Personal Space and Castiel has done enough, this night, that is new." - everything is so new to castiel that he won't be able to just act on whatever he feels for dean let alone understand what he is feeling. He's taking baby steps, and I think him hearing dean's voice (for better or worse you have become the voice inside my head - totally fom two weeks notice but fits so well here) and helping the woman was a good baby step.
