and yes, i need to resume mix-making. i think the decline of the dan mix has been one of the unfortunate side effects of the music industry becoming a gluttonous salad bar of free shit all day long. this post is kinda like a mix tape, actually.

another tsunami/unrest related band that's pretty good is grenadine (which is a collaboration between both). i never listened to them back in the day, but i tracked down their record recently. i like jenny toomey's voice a lot. remember how back ni the day like EVERY indie rock girl was named jenny? hahahah...
