True Love
I know, I know, I always said there was no such thing as true love. But I now rescind that statement, for I have found my true love. Its true, I have. “Who, is the person that has swept you off your feet?” You might well ask the most cynical and unromantic woman that walked the face of this earth for this life time. Well… no who but what. My true love, as it turns out, are this cute little gel inserts that I discovered yesterday at DSW which slip into any heel to help cushion and support the ball of the foot. I slipped on my shoes, teetered upwards, and sank into luxury. I’m in love! I thought. Added comfort? Like big strong arms around you in a warm embrace: heel gel foot things.
Plus these awesome inserts came in these adorable cardboard boxes that look like purses, Velcro shut, but can come apart completely. Hmmm….. not sure how to describe them exactly. But cute, cute and pink. My favorite.
Also I was a very bad girl and bought another pair of brown heels. Sooo school marmish, but sooo cutish I had to get them. Sometimes I find the cutest stuff at Marshalls. I plan on wearing them Sunday as I spend yet another day videoing at the law school. And if I remember I’m gonna transfer the gel cushions to those heels and be cute and comfortable. Well, as comfortable as four inch heels will ever be. So, wish me luck in my new love, as I have wished everyone in theirs. And maybe I too will rush into marriage? Melissa married a pair of pink pants once, I think I should be able to marry my true love.
