All those siutuations are to be fulfilled in one? This would mean we have a family with Spencer and Steve as twins, Carly aka Megan being their older sister, Drake being brother of the three of them, and they have a yet unnamed elder sibling, and soon anothe baby sibling as Audrey is pregnant.Carly aka Megan lives with her parents, but that would be Audrey and someone from whom Audrey is divorced. How does this fit together?

Just to make it clear so there is no confusion, these are all different prompts. Trying to fit them all into one would be confusing, but awesome.
