1 Corinthians 2:1-5
1When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.[
a] 2For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. 4My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power.
I, my friends, have experienced the supernatural.
Part of my illness, Bipolar, involves demonic encounters. I have seen demons and I have heard them. You may call that delusional, but there is a reason why I know it was real. During my past struggles (years ago) with pornography, demonic attack would increase. (By the grace of God, I am now free of this struggle.) The encounters would happen after viewing pornography-- opening the door for satan to attack my life.
Other times I would be attacked in the night as a regular occurrence. But I learned the power of the name of Jesus. I learned the authority Jesus has over demons as He is Lord of the Universe. This authority worked for me because I was a child of God. I was a Christian that had accepted Christ's death for me on the cross and I had committed my life to God. I would, "bind the demons in the name of Jesus" and they would flee. Eventually, I subconsciously started binding demons that attacked me in my dreams-- not by my power, but by the authority of the name of Jesus. The demonic dreams eventually stopped.
Luke 9:1
1When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases,
This is my encounter with the supernatural. Others in mass are experiencing supernatural encounters at the Healing Outpouring going on right now in Lakeland, Florida. Roughly 8-9,000 people attend a night and it is being shown on television and the Internet to 200 nations. (These healings are done by God to lift up the name of Jesus Christ.)
Acts 3:16
16By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus' name and the faith that comes through him that has given this complete healing to him, as you can all see.

This video was a Fox News Interview that Todd Bentley, the leader of the Florida Healing Outpouring, had with Geraldo. It gives a secular point of view on the Outpouring as well as Todd Bentley's explanation of the supernatural power of God.
To see part of this supernatural phenomena yourself, tune into this webstream 7-11pm EST/4-8pm PST, 7 days a week:
FLORIDA HEALING OUTPOURING. (If you need a healing emotionally, physically, or spiritually, you may even get healed watching it like hundreds have already-- many of whose cases have been medically documented).
But like any move of the supernatural, skeptics do exist. Here is a 55 page e-book that outlines the arguments against God's supernatural acts in Lakeland and explains Scripturally why the Outpouring and manifestations of it are valid:
Biblical Reasons to Receive God's Glory and Give it Away in Power Evangelism, by Dr. Gary Greig

You've heard my personal accounts of supernatural encounters, you've seen the accounts of others, and heard of the documentation. And many of you have had a supernatural encounter. With all that in mind, you must ask yourself the question of whether this God of the Bible who acts in power is real. Thanks for your time.
