A quick word
I meant to finish that last post the next time I checked lj, but never had time! So I'll finish the thought quickly and go.
The reason why it's a good compromise is that, while it wouldn't be somewhere I could work if I could work somewhere else, I know I'll still be able to take things away from this job. I'm gunna keep busy for a month, make a little money, and go into an old environment with a new attitude and pretty much see how it floats down there now. Pardon the mixed metaphor.
A sentence on college: Last term was crazy, identity crisis and everything. I could barely get myself to do work and I did a lot of not work, except for when I worked at the C-Store for like 60 hours. Grades were, again, decent but worse than expected and hoped for. Fun was had though. Oh yes.
And now... I *should* leave in 10 minutes... wouldn't want to be *too* late for this important job... (gunna go finish packing now...)
I'll be at Ramah from June 19th-July 23rd. Only ocassional internet access but I'll have my phone and my days off, so hopefully I'll still be somewhat in touch with the world.
