Been off the pushups for a few weeks. Just did 50 in my flat. It was very difficult. Still need to get that pull up bar. Figure I could do push- and pull- ups on two days a week I don't cycle or have pilates.
So resistance exercises not really happening at the moment, but I'm well on track with the cycle. Still going to Pilates regularly as well; the last couple studio sessions have been very good.
On another note, my abs are more sore from fooling around on Friday night than any workout session in recent memory.
