Purposely stayed in and went to bed at 11:00 last night (was aiming for 10:30) and allowed myself to relax and doze this morning. I'm feeling good and positive. I've read several articles lately about getting enough sleep, I really should put more effort in this area.
Sleep, meditation (not started), thanks and appreciation, cycling, along with everything else for this year... All good things to help me focus on myself... Just need to make sure I don't plan too many seeds that the garden becomes unmanageable.
