+11.5 stone, down 3 lbs from last week
-smoking every day, drinking just about the same
+rode bike in twice this week, going for a ride tomorrow as well
+not much snacking at work, and dried fruits and nut when peckish. soup for lunch.
-chocolate muffin after lunch today (friday!)
-workday causing some stress
