And now this from Wolfe Video's Q World newsletter:
The makers of 2005's surprise hit EATING OUT have announced plans for a sequel, EATING OUT 2: SLOPPY SECONDS. Production starts up soon, and Q World expects to see it at festivals in early 2007. Could this be the first gay movie sequel? If this is a hit, can we expect to see such possible sequels as Edge of Eighteen, The Further Adventures of Priscilla, Go Fish Again, Return to Brokeback Mountain, UnBound, Latter-er Days, Biggest Eden, The Incredibly True Adventures of 2 Girls at Dinah Shore Weekend, TransEurope and Father to Father??? For more info, check out director Q. Allan Brocka's blog entry dated January 9, 2006.

Outsports has plenty to say about it (plus the annual hot jock pick poll, of course), but in any case, catch the movie (or the DVD, undoubtedly due soon) if you can. Or at least check out
summerstorm-themovie.com. (My sentimental fave is Leo.)
So yeah, I'm still here. You can go back to having a life now. :P
Oh, and Kyle figures prominently in next week's Everwood ep -- at least if the WB's often-untrustworthy trailers can be believed. If it means what I hope it means? At least young McQueen has some emotional range (unlike Kerr Smith, who ran the gamut from A to B). Bring on the angst, Berlanti! ;->
