writin in dis.
i sit and write this while having a teabreak from unpacking all my shit and moving out of the way, because tomorrow we are to be besieged by plumbers! they're coming to replace the whole radiator system and install a fireplace, which is nice. however, all my stuff lives on the exact route they want to take the pipes, so i have to dismantle the lot. this might as well be "adventures in hidden dust", i can't stop sneezing.
i have decided i have too much crap and not all of it is going to be put back. entirely too much surface area in here, and you just can't get a duster round all of it. also a damn good excuse to sort out the rat's nest behind the desk. cables, augh. there needs to be some way of sending power through air without killing people with stray clouds of 240v, cables suck.
hm, what else before i shut this down for the first time in a good while... oh! applied for two houses. one of them is mega awesome, and one of them is slightly less but still pretty awesome. with the housing environment being like it is in leeds, i suspect i have more chance of teaching chickens to whistle, but you never know. i must be due SOME good luck about now rite
hm, guess that's about it. see you all tomorrow if i can be bothered wiring everything up again. or getting the mac out... or fixing the vaio's powerbrick.. or, well, if i can just generally be bothered =D
