*sigh* The summer is OVER. Don't get me wrong. It's been amazing. We had a great time at camp and I traveled all over the place (ALMOST everywhere I had planned to go heh). But the last month has been absolute insanity and I was so ready to get back into the routine of the school year. I'm so over this whole "working 9-5 everyday" crap. Even as I type that I can hear Maria and my mom in my head, yelling in unison about how "that's the real world". Whatev...I don't wanna. I'm very happy to go back to shifting schedules and days off on demand :)
Of course, starting school again means going a few more rounds with UCF. So far, there's been only a minor incident (involving them trying to charge me roughly the price of a new Kia to take 3 classes). But assuming Eddie's fax machine actually worked the way it's supposed to, that should be all taken care of. Come to think of it, with my luck Eddie plugged the fax into a dead phone jack, or just a hole in the wall. ...I should call UCF today.
In other news, the worship cd is comming along. There's still some recording to be done, and we want to start getting more creative with intros and instrumentation, but so far it's sounding really good. It's amazing what you can do with an $80 interface and a slightly more expensive mac book.
Speaking of the mac, it doesn't let me type a capital "s" using shift and the s button. I think it's been haning out with my gateway too much...
