Moving on, guess I should talk about the big 'drama' of the past couple of days. Ted was in the hospital. It wasn't anything MAJOR MAJOR, but it was something pretty...not mundane... Something had bit him in the elbow or some such thing, so his arm was really swollen and wasn't getting better for days (friday was the day it first started swelling)... Monday he went to the VA, and the doc that saw him immediately sent him to the ER. They got to him right away (which makes me think it was pretty intense, but the way everyone talked about it really played it down a lot...plus i'm trying not to dwell on how many times I've been to the hospital in the past three days *shudders*), and they kept him over night Monday night and last night.... gave him antibiotics cause his arm was infected, and today drained his elbow. He's home now, which is...well, yeah...
I am being a might bit selfish though because if he had stayed in the hospital again tonight, there was a chance I'd get to see Indy tonight at midnight. But since he came home, that's now out of the question. Which means, unless I can really kiss ass tomorrow, I'm gonna have to wait until Sunday to see it. I definitely don't approve of this at all, but I know when and when not to push buttons, and right now is a not time.
Anywho, watch my two shows.....both of which were amazing. I won't make a cut for the Tudors...but let me just say that the stuff with Henry and Anne this episode was INTENSE!!! OMG, this show...i swear it just keeps getting better and better!!
As for NCIS - well, i'll be kind and put it behind a cut.
OMG, THANK GOD IT WAS JENNY!!! Her being the one to die was the only one I think I could really handle!!! For a short little bit, I was terrified it MIGHT just be Tony (like seriously...I was starting to get all panicky and anxious!), but when that one foof came and it show Tony and Ziva with a phone between them, that's when I knew what was gonna go down. I turned to Madre and said 'they're (meaning the baddies) gonna come in, guns a blazin, and she's gonna die. Then Tony and Ziva are gonna show up afterwards - that explains all the clips used in the preview from last week.' And of course, I was right. I'm happy Mike Franks didn't get it, because I don't think Gibbs could'a handled BOTH of them dying.
I did cry during the episode, but it wasn't her death per say. It was everyone else's reactions, ESPECIALLY ABBY. When she dropped the CDs in her lab, and just stayed there and started to cry, I started crying. And again, later in her lab with Gibbs. Plus poor Tony! How he didn't know how to react around Gibbs at first!
But more importantly, THE SCENE with Tony and Ziva in Ducky's Lab!!!! OMFG, that scene spoke VOLUMES for their relationship! The things Tony was saying to Ziva "I haven't been listening for the past three years..." "It was inevitable".... *faints* HE TOTALLY ADMITTED IT RIGHT THERE! You can tell just by the way he said it and the way he was looking at her WHEN he said it. And let's not forget THAT LOOK they gave each other when they were crossing the bullpen when poostache told them to go with him. SOMETHING HAPPENED DOWN IN DUCKY'S LAB - my brabbits are dying for it to be they totally got it on, but i would settle for just a kiss! And was I the only one to notice at the end (OMFG, THE END!!!) that when he said Ziva was going home, she looked at Tony first, and THEN Gibbs?!? I could be wrong - i was so in shock by what poostache had said, but i SWEAR that's what happened.
And who has theories about how poostache is gonna go down?? Ted thinks Gibbs is gonna take him out, but I think Tony will have a hand in it somehow....especially after that look Tony gave him when he said they'd discuss what would happen since Tony and Ziva had "abandoned" their post of protecting Jenny. It was the same look Daniel gives people, meaning they WILL die (Apophis, Nuby...there's a few others, but those are the specific ones) - I got that SAME feeling from the look Tony gave poostache.
Anyway, the episode ROCKED and I can't wait for September for new episodes! Bring on S.6! (it's so great to have a show to look forward to again!)
Okie donkie, I think that's about it for now. Now I will go get ready for bed, and then finish off Memoirs of a Geisha!
