"Somewhere over the rainbow, where the skies are blue..."

Right now I should be studying for my Archaeology exam tomorrow, but...well, I've lost the drive to do it. I DID do the 'vocab' list he put up -  well, at least up the Ch.4 section of it (the test goes from Ch.4-Ch.8), and I might go back to it later. If not later, I've already decided to study tomorrow morning before the test, so it's not like I've given up completely!

I'm just SOOO ready to go home! This school thing is just waring me out, ya know? And considering I'm freaking out over two classes (okie donkie, more like one class now. I'm pretty sure I can pull off miracles for the other to at least get a decent grade), I just need a break. Thankfully I've finally realized where I want to go with my damn research paper for ENC, and the reader's response Unit 1 I didn't turn in not being taken into account, I should be okay in HUM. If there's anyone who can make magic from a bleak looking semester, it's me. I know I can do it - I just need to make sure I keep the drive to do it alive.

But I'll be home in two days (if Madre can convince Smurfinator to leave when she wants, I might even BE home in at this time in two days), so my much needed break is upon the horizon. Huzzah!

Went as saw Australia last night - excellent movie! I can understand why a lot of people wouldn't like it, but several of those reasons are why I did enjoy it so much. Baz Luhman was the director (for those who don't know he did Moulin Rouge! and the Romeo + Juliet with Leonardo DiCaprio), so I went in expecting epic awesomeness. It was pretty sweet there was an intermission, and it had such emotional range. I was laughing, I was crying, I was squeeing and aww-ing. Plus the fact that one of my all time favorite songs from one of my all time favorite movies (and even a short bit of the movie is in it!) *point to subject line* just made it that more awesome. And of course Hugh Jackman alone makes that movie win for sure - even if I hadn't liked the story and the whole movie was crap, I honestly think it was worth it just for him and his Sexiest Man Alive-ness! *melts*

Started Frankenstein today - not into the actually story yet. Am reading the introduction on Mary Shelley first - I find her life fascinating (TALK ABOUT ANGST, HUH?) and it's nice to see the life of Frankenstein as a novel before reading the story. Plus it give me more pages to add to the page count! I might read some more before bed - it all depends on what i end up doing after posting and how I feel later.

BURN NOTICE TOMORROW NIGHT!! WHO'S EXCITED!?!?! I AM! XD

Alrighty, I think that's all I've got for now.
