First Halloween in New York
..and it was fucking amazing! First off, the parade up 6th ave was amazing. There were all these floats and people with giant skeletons on their shoulders and movind the arms. There were monster birds on poles that flew over the crowd, and it was just so cool. Any time you saw a girl wearing very revealing clothes, it was definitely a guy.
Anyway, we went back to nina's room and chilled for a liitle before we left to go find me a costume. We just got a cheap red mask, which I eventually lost anyway....
I got VIP card for this club Tapis Rouge from a very cool guy I met on thursday. Sow we went around 11, and it kinda sucked at first cause I didn't have an ID, and nina didn't show hers. So finally my other friends show up and the one guy gets a stamp and buys drinks for us.....oh wait did I mention it was an open bar, meaning free drinks!..so after a while someone got a pen and drew the stamps on all our hands, and so the party was on!
Even thought the place advertized top shelf liquors and til 12:30, they only served well (cheap) liquors and only til 12:15, I was drunk enough to not care too much. The walk home was fun. Nina almost stole the huge monopoly cardboard cutout from McDonald's. It was hilarious. Then we were gonna play beer pong or go to Hofstra U., but we passed out in my room.
