oh messy life
man weather like this always puts me in the best mood. i had a spectacular day. working the red sox games is working out really well, despite certain sketchy aspects and getting busted by code enforcement twice this weekend. but i mean how can i complain about a job where all i do is hang out with my friends, make fun of people, and make really good money? plus having money for once is really nice. i mean, i'm a pretty frugal dude, but just the little things; being able to buy cds, take my girlfriend out to dinner, drink newcastle instead of schlitz...it's all very nice.
today was a nice little taste of summer. this summer is going to rule, just working, spending time with friends, playing music...speaking of which- tour is shaping up (a full list of dates to come, but we're hitting up vegas and the west coast) not to mention that we got one of the hepcat reunion gigs in late may opening at fucking irving plaza nyc. probably our best gig to date as a band.
finally, i've been staring at
all week cause i made it my desktop so i had to post it. so creepy yet so cute. it's really just rachel flood page's niece.
also, it looks like jacky and danielle are going to meet for the first time tomorrow. i've been looking forward to it for a really long time, but i know that it's going to be wicked weird. oh well, it has to happen sometime.
