Paul Is In The House...
Today is my uni's 10th anniversary and to celebrate we have just had a huge ceremony in the Philharmonic Hall. The presentation thing was pretty boring but the highlight was seeing Paul McCartney come on stage and say how proud he is about the university he helped create.
Me and a mate then went round the back of the building after the ceremony and waited to see the main man himself come out. There were some pretty hardcore fans waiting, and some random builders. We only had to wait about 10 minutes then he gave us a few waves and a smile (aimed at me OB :P) and climbed into the back of a Ford Focus. He wasnt exactly traveling in style!
Anyway the next time i see him will probably be when he hands me my degree next year!
