Man, small companies in California are gay. My band has to change its name now, because apparently, some random company from California found our website, and they own the rights to the title "Godzilla," and our name was Godzilla Smith. Their attorney contacted us, saying that we had to change our name and take down our website and everything, or we'll be sued. How gay is that? Anyone else want to monopolize any words before we rename our band?
