Movie Rec: Demon Knight
Before I get back to work on my screensavers, I'd like to make a moment to rec another movie for the Halloween season.
Demon Knight is one of my favorite horror movies. One of the major reasons I like it is that it manages to tread the fine line between horror and camp. A lot of horror movies that also try to be funny end up just being silly and ridiculous, and losing the horror element. And whatever the threat is is hard to take seriously. But despite some of the campiness in Demon Knight, it still manages to have plenty of scares and creepiness.

To set it up, Billie Zane is playing a demon. An upper-level demon, because lower-level demons look more demony.
If you're looking for a good movie to fill your Halloween horror needs, this is a good one.
