take one...seriously lol. maybe im having overly deep and extrospective (is that even a word? lol) thoughts, but seriously...BREATHE. take some time for yourself once in awhile...call a friend who you havent talked to in awhile.. just like lay on the couch and be like [aaah i dont wanna do ne thing ha]i should know i was obsessed with school last year, and i started like lashing out at my friends and stopped calling them and all this crap,and i like had a nervous breakdown lol.
