isn't there some rule that ppl are supposed to mature as they get older?
apparently it was lost on my brother. he's a year older than me, but he still acts like a petty child who always has to get his way.
i remember last summer when i couldn't wait for him to go back to skool...i alreay have that feeling, but i have 4 months to wait.
