I just saw a recent photo of the Main Library at UBC, arguably the most beautiful building on campus (definitely one of the oldest), being demolished. Is this true? Could the powers that be have really committed this desecration?
If Alumni calls asking for money, I will cite this complete disregard for history and aesthetic beauty as a solid reason not to donate.
