same old same old
i think some habbits die hard. for example.. during the school year i have this habit of staying up pretty late.. and then waking up really early.. like i'll go to sleep at about 1:30-2:00 am and then i'll wake up at about 6:30 so i can make it to school. and this summer my whole plan was to get enough sleep because i found a corresponding connection between my sleep habits and how much i weigh. if i sleep less i tend to eat more because my whole system is off and i can't tell when i'm full or not.. so i always assume i am hungry and thus i eat more. however if i sleep well not only do i feel less hungry but i have a greater desire to exercise.. and we all know what exercise gives.. ENDORPHINES!! which make you happy and curbs your appetite. thus. i think everything would be solved if ppl slept more. maybe america wouldn't be obese.
anyways. the only reason i'm posting at 2:30 am tonight is because after looking at the past several posts i realize that i am a very shallow person and i have absolutely nothing WORTH posting about. so i am about to post something that will be thought provoking and mind boggling..

actually my thought provoking idea is wondering if there truly is just one person ment for you or not. i mean so far i've heard 2 main ways that you can look the idea of marriage. in one way it's the more cynical worldy view that says that you can basically make a marriage work with whoever as long as both parties want it bad enough.. meaning there is no 'destined' person and that you could make a marriage work with anyone that u truly get along with. however! the other way is a lot more appealing to me. it begins with a story like this: when God created people he took one soul and split it into two. then he proceeded in sticking one half in one person and the other half in another, so thus you spend the rest of your life searching for the other half of yoru soul.. youre 'soul mate"
