I will never stop being amazed at the cruelty and callousness of some people. Among the support and kindness, there's been a few assholes and it's shocking. Yesterday there was a particularly bad one and you know, at first I was livid and hurt -- and still am a bit. But one thing Lexy's passing has taught me is the little things like this don't

Mike, please don’t let this bug you. Assholes will be assholes.
About what Jade said... I can imagine some people had problems with Lexy. Everyone has someone who doesn’t particularly care for them. That doesn’t bother me. Not everyone has to love one another. I don’t expect that.
And in Lexy’s case, well she was pretty outspoken with her views in chat -- hell, pretty outspoken when playing devil’s advocate to those views too. She made fun of ditzy little cheerleaders and sorority girls, stuck up (sometimes rudely) for people who were being picked on.... Moreover, she didn’t open up about personal stuff much so it was sort of hard to become a good friend until she trusted and believed in you so I can see how she might not be best buddies with everyone in chat.
Still, I agree with J. Have some F’ing respect, if not for her, then for those who did know and love her.
Spewing hatred speaks more about the speaker’s ugliness of heart than anything else. Any satisfaction I could get by berating the person would simply pale to knowing how sad and pathetic that person is... And it wouldn’t reflect well on me either, I suppose (sigh).
I think this is the last time I even address this bullshite. We all have moe important and better things to spend our time on. (Like going to lunch with Rebecca as soon as she gets off the blasted phone. I got to take a tour of the newsroom... don’t tell Rebecca but it’s not all that impressive haha)
Life, we’ve learned, is too short to waste on bitterness.
Have a good day everyone. I hope the sun is shining and the sky is as blue where you are as it is here.
