the memorial service was today. it was nice, as for as those go because
it wasn't in a stuffy church or parlour but you can't really ever say
one is nice, can you? a lot of people came, which surprised most of us
because there was hardly any notice. people from her high school were
there, including a couple teachers and some of our friends from college
and of course some of her family. they'd made up a nice little program
and there were all teh flowers. I got all the messages on the flowers
for those of you who came. the program thing had a picture of her
facing out to the waves. it was lovely, really. I'd tell more but I'm
pissed now and probably shouldn't keep talking about it.
